Interesting questions re: Rolex USA ADs!!
Hi guys,
1. When Rolex was giving out paper Warranty Certificates, it was easy for the AD to take back a Rolex which was returned and alter the Serial No. on the new paper warranty. 2. Now that the paper has been discontinued and replaced by the plastic warranty card, how would an AD alter the PRINTED serial no. on the plastic card in the event a customer decides to return the watch? JJ
