Like some may know just picked up a 2015 114060

The crown is a bit "tight" and there are some other little things I would like checked out. whats the basics?

$800 for regular service?
NY the spot to send?
will there be a new warranty card issued under my name?

is it even worth it for a watch this age? I have a DJ coming in and I was thinking of sending it in then
