Panerai Blue Print Stollen and sold for a Japanese company?

Hi guys i just want to know if this rumor is true...Blue print of how panerai watches are made are stollen or sold by somebody to a japanese company..my friend told me that watches that in J or K series are the one being copied...Watches are copied exactly the same and so is the serial numbers...I dont know if this is true..but anybody here about this?? I hope im wrong....
