I have a fiend at work who is just as happy as you are right now. Her husband is recovering from reconstructive surgery on his hips. He had been in agony 24 hours a day for such a long time. He's still pretty pumped up on pain meds, but can move around OK already if he's really careful. Yesterday he was allowed to have his first shower. He was supposed to wait til she got home because he was told it would be bad if he slipped in the shower but he was doing his typical stubborn male thing and went ahead and had one. He is only 45 years old.
