Men's ROLEX Oyster Perpetual Day/Date Watch 18k 16233
Seller has two fakes for sale:
http://cgi.ebay.com/Mens-ROLEX-Oyste...3A1%7C294%3A50 Up for bids... A stunning, and like-new Rolex brand men's wristwatch. (I have two Rolex's up for bids....see my other listings). This auction is for one watch only. Both watches are identical, except for the color of the face. I do not know the age or type of battery, but both watches are presently in good working order and keep perfect time. I am unable to date these watches, as they had belonged to my grandfather, and were given to me when he passed. I'm pretty sure the watches were gifts from the company my grandfather worked for, and with him being such a practical and non-flashy type, he probably just kept them tucked away. They have been just sitting in my jewelry box, as well, for over a year now, which, by my rules, means it's time for them to go. I will apologize up front for the quality of my pictures. I always thought I had this really great camera, until now, when it comes to trying to capture all these tiny little details up close. I have taken dozens of pictures, and sadly, these are as good as it gets. It might help to click on them to enlarge the detail a little bit more clearly. I will try to describe all of the markings, and their locations, so you'll get the gist of what I was trying to capture in the photos. This auction is for the watch with a rare, salmon colored dial with diamond hour markers, and done in 18kt white gold. Small white dots above each diamond marker that glow in the dark. This particular watch still has the clear plastic protective sheaths over the watchband, and probably has never been worn. The watches feature a fluted bezel, smooth sweeping second hand, and day and date displays which are easily adjustable...you don't have to go all the way through 24 hrs to change the day/date. There is a also a little magnifier window over the date. |
