Does anyone see the return of Bubblebacks?

Does anyone see Bubbleback Rolexes eventually rising again in popularity?

Just asking to spur discussion.

I'm thinking that as Oyster Perpetual case models (your Datejusts, Subs, GMTs, etc) become more difficult to obtain, people might look for differentiating models- early Oyster Perpetuals (the models themselves), bubblebacks, and so forth.

I feel like the Bubbleback is a really preppy watch- and would look really good on someone wearing, say, Banana Republic or J. Crew (I'm sure there's a term for that aesthetic beyond "preppy," but I'm not a fashionista, etc).

Curious to hear what others think.
