Yellow Gold Zenith Daytona 16528 inverted 6 period

Recently I have been looking for a 16528, and just came across 2 different samples.

One on eBay, it's 1996 W series and inverted 6 mk III, but from my memory mk III stopped around 93/94 S series.

Another 16528 is L series, 1989 but Mark III. I thought 1989 was for Mark II. But again, maybe this one was a late L series?

Anyway would you guys say it's a big concern? Both samples are sourced from watch dealers.
