Hello Everyone! Looking for some advice

I am looking to purchase my first rolex as a graduation gift to myself for graduating university next week.

Wanted to hunt for a birth year (1995) watch for awhile now and I finally stumbled upon a potential option.

-T serial 16234 black stick dial, WG bezel, jubilee, box and papers with service history

I have checked many sources online, although none are 100% since dating is not disclosed by Rolex if I'm not mistaken, and T serial shows roughly 1996-1998. I was wondering if T serial can be made in 1995

I know the date shouldn't really matter but I just wanted it to be extra special knowing it is or can by my birth year.
