Noob Question: GMT Cyclops has Rainbow Hue

Hello everyone, I'm new here and seeking advice/info with regards to my recent GMT 2014 purchase ( used ). I noticed a rainbow hue on the cyclops and unlike my 2017 subs which shows a little blue hue. Does anyone know if it can be removed or if it is normal/Defective? Thank you!!!!

BTW I'm familiar with Brown and Blue Hue but Rainbow is new to me :)

Note: Front view/Indoors is Fine but the rainbow hue is bright/extremely harsh and distracting outside, on an angle and when hit by sunlight.

I also had it cleaned with - Regular soap, dish wash soap and oakley lens cleaner - Still the same.

BTW where/how can i attach a photo? hehe. Cheers!
