Old school Breitling Navitimer

Given to me by my father.
The second of his two nice watches he ever bought.

This one he bought as he used to fly.
He owned a Single Prop back when I was young, wanted
me to learn to fly and was going to give me the plane...
After a couple lessons I realized I liked to party too much
and didn't like to get up that early (this was when I was in
college and high school) but most importantly I just didn't
like being in control of the plane... I am a great passenger
but don't wanna have the stick...

I wear it a couple times a month, it is not my typical style
watch but I like it and always get compliments on it.

IF anyone here knows more about the history of this model
I'd love to hear...
