It was as though... guess what... he's pissed that HAM is far better than he is and so decided to sabotage the team by purposefully hurting Mercedes' chance to win during the race / maximize points.

i personally feel BOT should be removed from his driver's seat at Mercedes immediately. He is choosing not to help the team any longer. i wish BOT well with his future endeavors.
