I just bought a pre-owned submariner with date setting as a gift for my husband from Overstock.com. He will not be getting it for a few months. I have it safely hidden. The question that I have is: Is it okay to leave it in the box, untouched, unwound, not set for two months? When it came in the mail, the second hand was sweeping, but it has since stopped. I'm concerned that I may cause damage to the watch. Please let me know your thoughts.
