First vintage rolex 16750 (1984) help!

First vintage piece.
Wanted year of birth 1984 (tick)
Wanted gmt (tick)
Found one attatched like it as it has papers etc full set.
He says all original and and 83 serial. Mk 4 dial

I'm getting mixed comments, I need you guys to advise. I'm being told if I buy send to my watch repairer straight away to get checked etc etc.

I want it but it scares me a bit. Please help guys soon as poss.
