Alexander from WatchAdvisor discusses a friend's bad experience at a Rolex AD.

It reminded me of Rolex's official statement, washing their hands of the whole situation

"It should be noted that Rolex watches are available exclusively from official retailers, who independently manage the allocation of watches to customers"

Bummer, but i can only control what i can control
