Do it yourself. It would be annoying to have to go into AD every time you need an adjustment. Be careful, go slow, and don’t force anything.

It’s like changing a filter on your car. Sure you can pay someone to do it - but once you see what they do you’ll wonder why you asked them to do it for you in the first place.
