Are RO for ladies easier to get?

Hi,

I've been eyeing the 15550ST but I think the demand is too high for me as a first-time buyer.

I'm a lady. My wrists are 16cm/6.3 inches. So I am wondering if getting the "ladies watches" like a RO in 34mm or even a 33mm will be easier? Is it a good idea to buy a smaller model that is "easier to get" or should I try to wait for the 37mm?

Also, do you know which models are "easier to get" right now or does that not exist
