Where to look?

This is my first post in this forum. Hello! I started my love for watches a couple years ago when I was gifted a 1952 Rolex 6084 after completing my apprenticeship to become a Bench Jeweler.

My wife and I are getting ready to celebrate our 15th anniversary and the traditional gift is crystal. I’ve been looking everywhere and reading everything but confidence isn’t there yet for me to purchase. I’m looking for a 1960’s Rolex Oyster Perpetual Ladies Reference 6618 with an 1130 movement. I can’t post pictures yet but there are a few on EBay. The one I was looking at had 6623 on the inside of the case back. I’ve seen this on a couple other 6618’s though.

Any help would be appreciated and I’m happy to be a part of the community.
