How much time variance is normal on a new sub?

Hello all,

When I first got my watch, it was gaining about 0.38-.5 seconds a day. I recently got it back from warranty work from RSC, and how it seems t be gaining 2.4 seconds a day. Is this normal? I know it's still under COSC standards, but I see some people getting INSANELY accurate time. This isn't a huge deal, but wanted to see if it's something I need to get them to check into.
Not sure if it needs to be regulated or just keep in keeping on. Thanks!
