Trade Down from 18k Ladies Yachtmaster to Steel & Platinum

I really need some advice. I bought my wife an 18k Yellow Gold Ladies Yachtmaster about 12 years ago. She has probably worn it less than 20 times. It just sits in the drawer. She has decided that she wants a Platinum and Steel Yachtmaster, and that she would wear it.

Is there any good way to make a trade like this? The watch we have is perfect, complete with box and papers. Really just don't know where to start. Any suggestions are much appreciated!

Best Regards, Gerry
