1965 6238 Dial

May I ask the professionals to help me with this dial?
It(s) "seems to be" a 1965 Cosmograph 6238 Dial in silver. It is in good condition (excluding the lume).

What do you guys think? The "-" next to the TSWISST is missing but obviously a 1965 issue, isnt it?
The finish seems a bit off?!

Thanks in advance.
You can click the images for high res (hopefully high enough).
