Multiple SA at same AD?
Anyone else talk to or have done business with multiple SA’s as the same AD? What was the outcome?
A little backstory, stopped by a few months ago to register my interest in a BLNR, for my 40th b-day,a few days later SA1 reached out confirming my interest and that he would be in touch. About a month and a half go by, I stop to say hello, he’s busy, so I send an email just touching base and mentioning my stop. He responds, “sorry I missed you”. Fast forward to yesterday, we were in the same mall grabbing lunch, and decided to stop by and see if they had a Pelagos 39 to check out, I spotted SA1, but he was with a customer. So I walked up to the Tudor display, and was checking out the current inventory, this is when SA 2 walked up and asked if he could help, I mentioned wanting to check out the Pelagos in the flesh, ended up talking about what we both had on the wrist, and other models present and past, really hit it off I felt. At the end after trying on a few Tudor GMT’s, he gives me his business card, and a customer info sheet, I filled it out with great hesitation lol and he says “I’ll call you” we chat a little more and I mention my interest in a BLNR as it’s my grail, he says “we can work towards that”, I say sounds good, shake his hand again and exit the store. I don’t know that i had any chance with SA1 or SA2 as I have no purchase history and this particular store is In the “nicer” side of town, so I’m sure their VIP list is extensive. I feel like I might have diminished any slight chance of being offered anything by talking to two different SA’s, I guess time will tell. Thanks for reading and I appreciate any feedback. |
