16610LV Question

Which is considered rarer, first generation, flat 4, oval O circa 2004 or last generation on a random serial circa 2010?

I’m in the market for one & I’ve found a 2010 on a random serial that I don’t think the seller fully appreciates the significance of.

I think I can do a deal on it, just wondered are LV’s that would ordinarily be a 5 digit model but actually has a 6 digit random serial considered rare?

Thanks
