RSC declined to service? Surprised.

Hi,

I have a 36mm datejust that I bought new in March 2017. I called the RSC/dealer where I bought the watch to get it serviced and they asked me if was still keeping good time. After I said "yes," they said not to get it serviced now. I know the Rolex site now mentions approximately 10 year service, but I surprised that the RSC actually said not to do it. I figured they would still take it in for a service at close to 6 years. The watch is used very gently in a rotation. It gets worn maybe one week per month. Am OK waiting longer? The watch is still keeping great time. It was my 50th birthday present, so I would like to keep it forever.

Thanks,
Rick
