Anniversary trip and new DJ41

Wife and I returning from our 10 year anniversary trip to Maui. Due to Rolex’s policy of F2F sales only and Maui being an island I’d heard of people having better luck in obtaining a watch. Prior to the trip I reached out to a couple local AD’s mentioning the fact I was coming their way and why and would appreciate they kept me in mind if a watch became available. No expectations on my part but much to my surprise I received a text offering me this beauty. Received blessing from la jefa (wife) and consummated the deal. This piece was in my Top 5 so worked out well on my part.

FWIW: asked what other watches they received and she mentioned 3 in total, mine and two special order ladies DJ’s. Ironically was offered piece from other dealer to a ladies MOP DJ. They only received one new piece in their shipment.
