Pepsi popularity to in-the-wild sightings is totally out of whack
Obviously the Pepsi is popular, just judging by secondary market prices. But I have not seen a single ceramic Pepsi in the wild yet. I've seen Daytonas and plenty of BLNRs, but not a single BLRO, ever.
To add, another thing I've noticed is in those watch-spotting events that outlets like Hodinkee like to photograph and publish, I so rarely see a Pepsi. Hodinkee just published a story and photos from their most recent meet-up event, and there is not a single Pepsi to be seen there. And this is something I've noticed quite frequently. Anyone noticed the same? Any explanations? |
