Where does Rolex get their Meteorite?

Hello everyone...

One of my favorite watches for quite some time has been the wg DD with the meteorite dial but it is pretty pricy so i've been holding back on pulling the trigger and getting it. I was wondering though if anybody really knew where Rolex got their meteorite from? Do they just go hunting around the world for small rocks that they can cut up and place in the dial? And also, what do they do to it? How does it go from a rock to the dial we see in the watch? Any info would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!
Albert
