Bought first Rolex for my wife today

I am working a few weeks in Saudi Arabia and I bought my wife a Lady Datejust 28mm in rose gold, diamonds on the watch face, and mother of pearl face.
I paid sticker price of 58,600 SAR which included a 15% VAT. unfortunately it looks like I cannot get a refund on that at this time.

We are Americans living in Thailand and I could not find that model and style in stock there or in Dubai. I debated going to Japan but it seems people are selling the same watch online from Japan marked up so none is stock most likely.

I found a small shop here in Jeddah KSA which had the one we were looking at online.
