Icon9 Serious OCD question - hour hand off

After one happy month with my gorgeous 226570, I noticed that hour hand is not properly aligned with minute hand (see photo - I tried my best to show it). Hour hand hits the mark with 5 minutes delay. From rational point of view, I'm not particularly annoyed with that and certainly don't want my watch to be opened. From another angle, I wouldn't expect such "quality" from Rolex, so I'm actually a bit annoyed
My question is:
1. If I wait, let's say, 4 years, can I turn in the AD or RSC and ask to fix it under warranty (and check the movement etc.)?
2. Did any of you noble sirs faced such underwhelming assembly quality before?
3. Where are Rolex RSCs in Europe (except Geneve)?
