RSC Stamp on papers?

Hey, new here so I hope this is the right place to post this.

I bought a used 15200 and on the back of the papers where it says the RSC's addresses there is a circle with an upside down T stamp on the Shanghai location, I cant post a photo on here yet so I hope that makes sense...

Just wondering if this means the watch was serviced there? Anybody have experiences with this? Thanks.
