Newly Acquired GMT-Master 1675
My ‘new’ 1675 has original dial and hands with matching lume, bezel insert, date wheel, and bracelet. The dial I believe is a Mark IV although the seller thought it was a Mark II? There are two chips on the outer edge of the dial at the rehaut between 11 & 12.
I do have a period correct tritium service dial that has aged lume as well and was wondering if I choose to swap it, would that impact value in either way? If I did make the swap, I would certainly keep the original. What is everyone's thoughts on this? I am sure it will be do what I like, especially if I am not looking to ever resell, but curious to hear other opinions. Thanks in advance! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
