Incoming ! Green Seamaster

What an enjoyable, pleasant & positive purchase experience.

It’s a long time since I’ve been able to say that. Rolex could learn an awful lot !

I worked hard, saved some money, chose a watch I wanted to buy, went to an AD, struck up a conversation with the extremely pleasant sales assistant, tried it on and bought it. Crazy times.

And also, I’m smitten. Haven’t taken it off since i got it. I had a mid sized Seamaster when I was 21 but quickly fell out of love with it when I got my Submariner.

The size and feel of this one is just lovely. Only thing is it’s bloody impossible to capture the green on camera. Sometimes it pops green and other times looks jet black.

The pictures REALLY do not do this watch justice.

Not a massive fan of the modern Omega bracelets so ordered it with a spare green rubber on deployant and got the store to swap it over.

P.S.

It was for my 40th birthday

Some pics…
