Steel Stain
Hello -- curious if anyone knows the cause of these stains? Is it a stain? In the pictures, it looks darker -- in real life, it's less noticeable but looks like a layer of shine on the polish. Like oily.

I've tried Dawn and Wristclean with toothbrush + warm water. Doesn't take it off.

Unsure where/what got on it -- thanks!
