Went in to pick up one watch…
Left with two! Love my SA. I have a long history before anyone asks and substantial spend, especially in the last 2 years (two sold gold Rolex models, a two tone, a steel, a few Tudors, some jewelry etc).
Was super excited to pick this up. Tank Louis rose gold has been in my radar ever since my SA first showed me it, maybe 9 months ago. I wasn’t ready then as I didn’t know Cartier well. After researching and reading, you know how it goes. I had to have it. It’s a beautiful watch, absolutely love it. When I arrived, my SA said something like “I think I have something you will like. It will be an expensive day but I’m betting you will be happy!” I was still trying to understand what was going on. Then he brings out two boxes. The Cartier and a Rolex. I had indicated I wanted the discontinued panda all the way back when the new one was first announced. Turns out this one was tucked away for me, just waiting as a surprise when I got my next watch! I was beyond surprised, am still surprised and so happy I got the discontinued version in 2024! Long story short, treat your SA with respect. If you spend and build history, it’s possible. The watch in person is absolutely stunning. My journey isn’t over. I have a few more watches I already know I want. I also am going to branch off into Patek, maybe late this year early next year. All with the same SA! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
