The rest I agree with. No matter what it’s about the team and driver extracting as close to 100% as possible every weekend. More often than not Red Bull and Max have done that the best every weekend for the last few year while Perez hasn’t.

That didn’t show when the RB was so far ahead, but as predicted multiple times over the last 18 months by pundits and ex drivers, when the pack closes in, Perez’s lack of ability to extract the maximum will put others ahead of him in the pack.

Thats now happening and tbh as much as I like Perez as a person I think he will be replaced soon with a more capable or hungrier driver. Will be interesting to see if it upsets the Apple cart in red bull
