Vintage Dealer Seahorse Statuettes

I have seen a number of these around. Are these real? Does anyone know anything about them or recognize them from the old days? Just search the web for rolex seahorse statue. Seems like a bumber crop just showed up. Some are marked "Rolex S.A." in the rock in front of the seahorse. Thanks!
