Gripe with my 126610ln

This is my second bezel, first one had to be replaced by Rolex after it got stuck. I took it to the beach today, went swimming, and again it got stuck. I have submerged in soapy water, rotated, cleaned with a toothbrush etc and it loosened somewhat but again no longer rotates smoothly. Any further tips? Should I leave it in submerged soapy water over night? This watch, at least the bezel play, seems very fragile and the watch simply is not as tough as they say.
