UPDATE: October 27, 2024

I sent a note to Rolli to check status. The reply…

Hey Doug,

We apologize for the delay in advance!

We recently experienced a transition in our team, as our master watchmaker departed. We are pleased to inform you that we have successfully filled this position this week.

We have already started the work on your watch, please allow us a few more weeks to be able to complete the job w/o compromising on the quality of our work.

Thank you for your understanding and patience during this time.

So they had it for two months and the watch maker hadn’t even started the job. Just tells you that it takes a few days to do the job, but most of the waiting is for your ticket to get pulled and then they start the work. Essentially, it just sits there waiting in queue.

Okay, nothing I can do but wait…
