Gained only 1 second.....

With all the commotion about Rolex not being accurate enough from reading this thread: http://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=93339 I decided to see how mine held up. I set my watch by my MacBook 3 days ago and checked it today. My Sub gained only 1 second! It's a 1997 1/2 model which makes it about 12 years old. I bought it pre-owned sans papers so I am clueless as to it's service. I'm guessing this is very good. Comments please. Thanks!
