Y-serial (2001-2002) Daytona 116520 with skinny hands and Patrizzi dial?

Hi everyone,

what are your thoughts on the possibility of a Y-serial early daytona 116520 being fitted with a Patrizzi dial?

I am looking at a piece being offered, and it has some pretty serious discoloration on the subdials.

Possibly had the same error as the 16520 Patrizzi dials, or do you think it is intentionally/artificially done?

Thanks.

Ps i cannot post a photo of it because my post count is still below 10!
