AD deletes honest review.

I have not been treated fairly at my local Ad by the owner and staff. I have spent $150k at this location. I was told that after 60 days I should receive my grail watch, A year later and they have not delivered. I spoke with the owner personally about this and other issues I have had at his location. He said wanted to make it right and if he did make it right would I delete the review. I said I would. When I went to edit the review, they had it deleted on google. This is beyond shady. I no longer will do business with them no matter the cost.

They care more about removing negative reviews than the customer experience. I write this review with 100 percent honesty. I thought I was a valued customer since 2021. Come to find out I wasn’t even treated as a client with any value let alone one who has spent $150k. My first purchase was nearly $40k. So, I’m not writing this review as someone who has not made any purchases at Aucoin- Hart Jewlers. I'm tired of all the lies, broken promises, and more importantly the lack of respect from upper management towards me. I have been a great client over the past 4 years, but I cannot say the same for them.

Over the course of my spending, I have only received one watch I have actually asked for and of course it was a $40,000 gold watch. Every time I requested a watch, I was sold another one that was not on my list. I was told it was difficult to get a SS gmt or submariner or any sports watch and that my SA would definitely fight for me to get one after another 2-tone date just purchase.

Fast forward, it’s been almost 2 years since I have bought a watch from them. I do get calls, but they are for lady's diamond day dates or men’s diamond day dates. I brought it up to my SA last march that I feel like after what I have spent, I deserve at least one SS watch. Almost every watch they have sold me up to this point has been a 2 tone. While I did like them, I was always led to believe that purchasing them would help my case to get a SS watch. I put my money where my mouth was, and I was played like a fool.

In March of 2024 and My SA finally has good news for me. He talked to the owner, and I was able to pick 2 watches that I wanted, and he would order them for me. I was beyond excited for the opportunity. One of the watches I picked was an oyster flex Daytona and the other was an OP36 for my wife.

Fast forward 9 months ahead and I stop by the store. Of course, my watches were still not available even though I was told it would be 60 days for them to arrive. On my visit I was offered a watch. A watch ironically, I already own that I bought from them. A two-tone sky dweller. This is at least the 3rd time I was offered a watch I have already purchased from them.

I have come to realize every watch I was offered would have been offered to anyone who just walked in. On my last visit at the store, they had an OF Daytona and an OP 36 on display. I asked if I could purchase one of these, I know they were on display, but I was willing to wait to get one when they could release it. My SA asked the owner who was there in store. He reminded the owner that I was told 10 months ago they would order me one that at the time I was told should take about 2 months to receive. The owner said no that I could not buy either of them.

I should have known after they offered me the same watch, I have previously purchased from them 3 times they don’t care about me as a client. At this point I’m just over it. I am tired of calling/ texting my SA every few months only to be told lies or to be offered more stuff that is not on my list. Why am I having to beg to spend another $50,000. I told my SA I quit them. Take me off the list. He told me he was sorry, and the owner would call me. Of course, he never did. Had he even taken 2 mins to call me I WOULD NOT HAVE WRITTEN THIS REVIEW. He showed me that I was right, I was never valued as a client. I was not even worth a call.

My SA said he was retiring at the end of the month. They were only concerned that I would leave a bad review. I told them I would not leave a bad review but an honest review. I won’t ever spend another penny there. I was not worth the time for the owner to come talk to me in person or a phone call. I was treated as nothing more than an ATM for them. Lesson learned.

If you value honesty, integrity, customer service then this is not the place for you. I was promised my dream watch in 60 days. I gave them over 10 months to show me anything and they showed me nothing. They took the joy out of my hobby. I don’t know where I go from here, but if this honest review can save anyone from the games and heartache, I have endured I’m glad I wrote it.
