Rolex 228236 DD40. Glacier Blue. Sticks or Baguettes?

OK
While discussing watches with a friend he brought up the "grail" conversation. I said the Plat DD 40 and kinda realized I could actually get one if I just sold watches I do not wear anymore or have any emotional attachment to.

I can't decide if I want sticks or the diamonds.
In general I am not a diamond guy but on the Glacier Blue they almost blend in and don't "bling" like on a black dial. Im not interested in the Romans as I already have them on my YG DD40 which I am keeping.

So which would you go with for something you are going to wear at least a couple days a week?
