Tudor Chronograph 79280

I have been looking at some Tudor Chronograph 79280's and was wondering about a couple questions I figure you guys would be able to help me with. If I buy one but it does not have the dial I like would I be able to send the watch to Rolex and get a new dial put in instead? If I could what choices would I have would it be all the dials they have made for the 79280 or would it be limited choices? If they could do that what would it cost me? Second most of the 79280's ive been seeing had either a leather band or jubilee if I wanted an oyster bracelet put on would Rolex do that and also what would that cost me?
Thanks for any help I can get and sorry for being so clueless about this stuff lol.
