PAM279 - Bracelet Sizing Problem

Hoping for some help with this rather basic problem, which has turned into a brain teaser for me.

The Ti bracelet comes with 7 full-size links per side of the clasp (total-14), plus one half-size link on the 6 o'clock side.

- If I remove 1 + 1/2 links, dear PAM wears a little loose.

- If I remove 2 links, dear PAM wears too tight.

So, do the 1/2's actually equate to a half-step, or maybe less.

I'm thinking to buy 2x 1/2 links to see what gives?
