GMT or sub for small wrist?
Im starting to distrust my instincts.. The AD has a Sub date put aside for me...I have tryed it on a few times and really liked it. BUT I have read ALOT about the GMT II.
I was wondering what are the specs for the GMT II. Is it 40mm or 42mm? and what is the thickness of the case/watch? Would it look too bulky on my 6.25 wrist... The sub fits nicely. I do have many Breitling watches that are 42mm or bigger but they are totally different watches, and can't be used guides to judge the fit odf a Rolex. Does the GMT infact wear much bigger then the SUB? I have a DJ II that fits like a charm at 41mm, but im sure is a bit thinner then the GMT. Lastly, Since the sub may be getting an update, is it smart to pick one up now before they are not available in the old version? Im not really interested in waiting untill the new one comes out.. That may take a while and the funds will be already allocated by then... thanks, pete |
