When handling a friend's nearly new 111 yesterday which had stopped - wound down, I saw the small second hand jump forwards a few seconds. I assumed this was due to slack in the unwound mechanism (could not get it to move again). My friend said he had noticed this before but thought nothing of it - watch seems to run perfectly. Has anyone else seen this i.e. is it normal?

(my own PAMs are in the safe deposit so I cannot compare at the mo)
