July learned my SS Sub is being serviced at Rolex in Philly instead of NYC...
Anybody had a watch serviced in Philly? Is there any difference? I spoke to Rolex in NYC today and they informed me that they had service centers in Dallas, Philly and NYC and that my watch was actually in Philly...
I had it packaged and sent from the local Ben Bridge to Rolex NYC. And now I learn it is in Philly. Rolex said that this happens when you send your watch through a dealer... when you send it yourself it goes to nyc. When you send it through a dealer it goes to Dallas or Philly. What's up with this? |
