Right handed Rolex's for left handed people?

Noticed quite a few people wearing their watches on their right wrist. This really looks odd to me, because the winder and the protectives lugs are on the wrong side. It would be an interesting conversion (or Rolex option) to produce a right hand watch for left handed people. I wonder if anyone has ever tried to convert one of these by repositioning the dial 180 deg. in the case? I'm sure there is more to it than that, but it looks possible.
