Snowmageddon in W.PA
So,...last night around this time, I thought the brunt of theblizzard was s'posed to be in eastern PA. But it kept up all night here in SW PA as well. Here's what I woke up to around 9 this a.m.
There's a Chevy in there somewhere Quickly dug a trench to the Man-Cave where the cellos reside. That lump in high center is a 740i. Snow stopped about noon-ish, so later I strapped on the old mil-surplus snowshoes, the old style that look like tennis rackets, only these are from the '60s and are made of mg-alloy frames with aircraft cable mesh. Off I went on a trek around the property. First a spot check measurement: Some scenes I hear the Philly end got around 28", and my friends on the Jersey Cape report power outages and high winds in addition. Meanwhile NYC must have got missed. Too bad Kyle didn't take me up on the wager !
