Did a complex deal with Oscar, and I must say, it wasn't the easiest transaction. Oscar is a tough negotiator. It involved a trade, and I have tried EVERYTHING with this man. Among other items, I offered him a state-of-the art toaster (4-slice), a self-propelled Toro lawnmower, a set of Bridgestone tires (not a matching set, but nonetheless 4 tires). Nothing worked with this guy. He insisted on doing this the old-fashion way.

In case it wasn't clear, the above is a joke - working with Oscar is a pleasure, he always keeps his word, and makes everything very easy and comfortable. I appreciate it, my friend, here's to many more!
