Icon5 Montblanc Fountain Medium Nib

Just picked up a Montblanc p146 with a medium nib. After testing it out, I think the medium nib is too thick for my handwriting. Looks like I will have to make a trip in to the shop to swap it for a F or EF.. I also picked up a MB LeGrand RB, my writing is perfect with it!

The problem I am experiencing with the medium nib is that too much ink is flowing on to the paper and I have to write really BIG so that my words are legible..

So with that being said, which nib should I trade the medium in for... F or EF?

I will try to snap some pics so you can see what I am trying to describe...

Richard, please help!
